Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Fulton County Court Docket handles information when a visitor uses the site. It covers details a visitor may submit, technical data created during a visit, outside search providers, and choices concerning personal information. This private site does not operate Search ARCourts or any Fulton County clerk system, and it does not keep copies of the court records those official sources maintain. A visitor who follows an outside link becomes subject to the destination service's own privacy terms and data practices.

Data You Give Us Directly

Information is collected when a visitor chooses to provide it, such as a name, email address, and message sent through an available contact method. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, birth dates, case documents, or other sensitive identifiers. Fulton County Court Docket does not need those details to operate as a reference site.

Data We Gather Automatically

Standard technical information may be logged when a browser requests a page. This can include an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, and the date and time of access. Cookies or similar tools may help the site remember settings, measure use, prevent abuse, and understand which pages work well.

Browser controls can block or delete cookies. Some features may work less smoothly after those controls are changed.

What We Do With This Data

Collected information may be used to run and secure the site, answer a direct message, diagnose faults, measure traffic, improve page usefulness, and meet legal obligations. It is not used to create a Fulton County court record or to change any record held by an Arkansas court.

No Court-Record Data on File

This site does not host Fulton County dockets, pleadings, orders, calendars, or certified files. Search ARCourts and the clerks remain the custodians or access channels for that material. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs access to court records, while the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code ยง25-19-105, governs qualifying public-record requests subject to lawful exemptions. Neither rule turns this private site into a court-record custodian.

Third-Party Search Partners

Search boxes on content pages may be supplied by outside providers. Information entered into one of those tools is sent to that provider and is handled under its own privacy policy, not this one. Review the provider's terms before submitting a name, email address, payment information, or search query.

Links to Other Websites

Links may lead to Fulton County, Arkansas Judiciary, legislative, court, or other outside sites. Fulton County Court Docket does not control their security, content, cookies, or data practices. Leaving this domain means the destination site's own terms and policies apply.

Who Might See Your Data

Service providers that support hosting, analytics, security, or site operations may process limited information for those tasks. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or during a lawful transfer of the site. Personal information is not sold as a court-record product.

How We Protect Your Data

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should therefore avoid sending sensitive case or identity information.

Users Under 18

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Fulton County Court Docket does not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 18. Information identified as having been provided by a child may be removed where appropriate.

Your Data Rights

Applicable law may provide rights concerning personal information, and the site will evaluate a valid request under the law that governs it. Depending on the request and the information held, a visitor may ask to:

  • learn what personal information is on file
  • receive a copy of eligible information
  • correct inaccurate personal information
  • delete information where no legal reason requires retention
  • object to or limit eligible processing

These choices concern data held by this private site. Requests about an Arkansas court record must go to the court or clerk under Administrative Order 19 and other applicable law.

Updates to This Policy

This policy may be revised as site practices, services, or legal duties change. The current version and effective date will appear here. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy.
